To confirm your booking we do require a 30% deposit to secure any event. 1 week before the event, full payment is due. Cancellations made 1 week in advance of the event will receive a full refund of the deposit. Cancellations made within 72 hours of the event can be moved free of charge using the deposit. After 72 hours your deposit will be forfeited and you will not receive a refund, should you wish to cancel. We are trying to be as flexible as possible given Covid restrictions but can only do so to certain extents.
Cancellations of under 10 people made 48 hours in advance of the order date will receive a full refund of their payment. Cancellations made within that time results in your deposit being forfeited and you will not receive a refund. For cancellations of over 10 people we will need 72 hours notice for a full refund.
