We deliver directly to the Ascot car parks, or set up beautifully laid tables so everything is ready when you arrive.

Order from our picnic hampers, catering platters or Ascot set menus and we'll deliver to your car park. Everything arrives in compostable hampers or platters with compostable cutlery, plates and napkins, ready to eat when you arrive.

We arrive before you do, set up a beautifully laid dining table with linen, crockery, glassware, flowers and a full bar. Our team then serves food and drinks throughout the day and clears everything away when you leave.

Booking terms:
We require a 50% deposit to secure your date and full payment is required one month before your event.
Full set ups must be confirmed by Friday 5 June 2026.

We deliver to car parks 1, 2, 7 and 8. We'll be in touch closer to the date to confirm delivery times for each location.
Picnic delivery starts from 2 people. Our Ascot set menus and full staffed set ups are designed for groups of 10 or more. For groups of 2 to 10, our picnic hampers and catering platters are the ideal choice.
We recommend booking as early as possible — we fill up fast. Full set ups must be confirmed by Friday 5 June 2026. For picnic delivery, we recommend ordering at least 48 hours in advance.
Yes. Please include any dietary requirements when you get in touch and our kitchen team will accommodate them.
Yes. Corkage is available for delivery of external drinks to our HQ. Please contact us for pricing.

Yes, we also cater at Wimbledon, Lord's Cricket Ground, Oval and Henley Regatta. We also do private and corporate parties in London.
Your deposit is refundable up to 6 weeks before your event. Cancellations within 6 weeks of the event date will forfeit the deposit.
